Are Dashcams Legal In India?
Yes, dashcams are legal in India. However, ensure they are installed without obstructing the driver's view or causing distractions, in compliance with traffic rules.
Can dashcams record when the car is off?
Qubo Dashcams remain active for 5-10 sec post the car ignition is off. If you want to record while the car is off i.e. in parking, you will need to separately buy a Hardwiring Kit which connects to your car battery to ensure power supply even when the car is off.
How Dashcams work?
Qubo Dashcams start recording automatically when the car is started and the dashcam gets power, and there's an SD card inserted. The recordings can be accessed within the Qubo Pro App when you connect it to the dashcams WiFi hotspot.
