How much time will be taken for installation?
Installation will happen usually in 2-3 business days in major cities, however in B/C class cities it may take more time. The customer will be informed about tentative time at the time of booking Installation request.
How will I check if my door is compatible for the lock I have selected or not?
Wooden door with a thickness of 32 MM to 55 MM are compatible for installation
What are the charges for the installation?

Charges for Installation and demo are INR 1500 for door locks, this charge is being waived off as part of special promotion. These charges are free for the first visit, however if a re demo/re visit is required it can be availed for a nominal fee.

How much is warranty for the smart lock?

QUBO Smart Door Lock Elite Elite comes with a one-year warranty.

What is the shipping cost?

The devices are shipped at no extra cost

What is QUBO Smart Door Lock Elite?

A QUBO Smart Door Lock Elite is an electromechanical lock which is designed to perform locking and unlocking operations on a door when it receives such instructions from an authorized device to execute the authorization process. It also monitors access and sends alerts for the different events it monitors and some other critical events related to the status of the device.

Where is the MAC Address or QR code on QUBO Smart Door Lock Elite?

It’s below the device and the mac address is on app. Go to hamburger menu and Click on ‘My Device’ >>Smart Door Lock Elite >> Device Info. By clicking on Device Info, you will get the mac address of the device

What is the operating temperature recommended for the Camera?

0 – 50 degree Celsius

QUBO Smart Door Lock Elite require 4 AA batteries.

How do I setup or change the password of my QUBO Smart Door Lock Elite?

Download Qubo app from Playstore or apple store, create an account if you don’t have else open Qubo app and follow simple instructions to get started.

How do I Factory Reset my lock?

A factory reset erases all guest and owner data from your lock, restoring it back to its original, out-of-the-box settings. It also removes the lock from any owner or guest keychains that it is affiliated with. To complete reset a QUBO Smart Door Lock Elite that is being used with the Qubo app you must remove the lock from the app and physically reset the app.

  • Open the Qubo App and go to the lock screen, which is the screen that shows you whether your door is locked or unlocked.
  • Select the Settings menu
  • Scroll to factory reset.
  • Select Reset Door Lock.
Manual Factory Reset: Operation Instructions
  • Open battery cover and find reset button
  • Long press [RES] button till it beeps for 3-time beep sound.
  • After that all user data and settings will be deleted.
My batteries gone dead when I came back from vacations, how can I operate my lock?

When the battery voltage is too low and cannot be opened from outside, connect a 5V power supply via Micro USB port at the front. The unlock the door and replace all batteries immediately.

How secure is my Smart Door Lock Elite with Bluetooth?

Qubo app makes managing access control easy through a robust mobile app. Send or revoke the commands via our easy to use app. Highly secure digital command identities are managed wirelessly through the Smart phone.

How is the communication between the lock and the phone secured?

The Qubo app and Smart Door Lock with Bluetooth use multiple levels of encryption technologies to ensure the security.

What happens if I lose my phone?

Do not worry, if you lose your phone you can manage your account from any other compatible mobile device. You can also easily move your account from one phone to another and also remove your lock from the app if you think your phone may be compromised.

Why is my PIN not working?

It might have changed from the app. You can use you phone to unlock the lock or else create new Pin from qubo app.

What is my default Admin PIN and how can I change it ?

Download Qubo app from Playstore or apple store, create an account if you don’t have else open Qubo app and follow simple instructions to get started.

How do I change (Modify) the Admin PIN from the qubo app?

Please follow below instructions:

  • Open the Qubo App and go to the lock screen, which is the screen that shows you whether your door is locked or unlocked.
  • Select the Settings menu
  • Scroll to Change Admin PIN
  • Change Admin PIN and click confirm.
If the user forgets the PIN of the lock, then how can it be recovered?

You can check this through Qubo App, please follow below simple steps:

  • Open the Qubo App and go to the lock screen, which is the screen that shows you whether your door is locked or unlocked.
  • Select PIN Code
  • Select user for which you are looking for PIN code
  • You have the PIN code on your smart phone screen
Why can’t the digital keypad be activated?

Please check Qubo App if your batteries are gone out

If I lost the RFID card, can we disable that particular card

Yes, you can do that. Please follow below steps:

  • Open the Qubo App and go to the lock screen, which is the screen that shows you whether your door is locked or unlocked.
  • Select Access Card
  • Select user for which you are looking to remove access card
  • Remove the card
Which Finger should I use to register my fingerprint Smart lock?

You can use any of your finger, For easy access we suggest to use Thumb instead of finger.

Why is user not able to unlock using finger print?

The fingerprint sensor may be not working if your hand is wet, moisty, oily, or dirty. So, if your finger has any of these, you might not be able to unlock your lock using the fingerprint. The way out is to wash your hands, clean it, and wait for it to dry out. Now try to unlock it.

How do I know when to replace the batteries?

When battery voltage is lower than 4.8V, you will get notification on Qubo app along with a voice prompt on door lock “Low battery please replace all batteries” at each unlocking

Are there specific length requirements for setting a password?

You may need to use minimum 6 – 12 Digit followed by # Key.

How many cards can be registered in a Smart Lock with RFID access?

You can add upto 100 Access Cards for one lock.

How many fingerprints can be registered on a QUBO Smart Door Lock Elite?

You can add upto 100 fingerprints for one lock

What is the manual locking mode?

To lock the door from inside manual locking mode can be used. By using manual mode, it won’t be open from outside from any of access modes. To unlock one has to either use Admin PIN/Mechanical Keys

Can I use a remote controller to operate my smart lock?

No, however if you are in proximity of Lock you can open it through QUBO App from your mobile.

Can I operate the lock from app, if I am in a remote location but connected to internet?

No, the lock is Bluetooth enable device. This will only work once you are near the lock.
