How can I see the MAC address/Serial number of the device?

How to Connect Smart Lock with Qubo App?
  1. Download the Qubo Home app from App/Playstore
  2. Sign In if you have already have an account or Sign Up and create an account
  3. Tap on hamburger menu and then on “Add Devices”
  4. Tap on Smart Lock and select your lock Model
  5. Allow Bluetooth permission to scan your lock and select your lock
  6. Give name to your lock and set a master pin code and tap on continue
  7. Once setup is done, Tap on continue and your lock is connected to your App now.
How can I view the battery status of the device? 
How can I remotely unlock my Qubo Smart Door Lock?

You can use *Wi-Fi gateway or *Video Door Bell Pro. A Wi-Fi gateway/VDB pro allows you to remotely access your lock. To connect with Smart Door Lock, follow below steps:

  1. Open Device settings 
  2. Tap on Connect your lock to Wi-Fi Gateway
  3. Choose either VDB pro or Wi-Fi gateway
  4. After scan is complete select your device and automatically it will setup.
(*Qubo Wi-Fi gateway/VDB Pro work only with Qubo Smart Door lock and Vice Versa. Wifi Gateway/VDB pro is sold separately. Also Range between Smart Lock and Wi-Fi gateway/VDB pro to work smoothly should be less than 5 meters in straight line of sight.)
Can I give access to my friends/relatives even if I don’t have Wi-Fi gateway or VDB pro?

Yes, you can give access using Offline Pincode. To generate Offline Pincode follow below steps:

  1. Tap on Offline Pincode
  2. Select from *Instant or *One-Time
  3. After that tap on generate, on top right corner of the screen a random Pincode is generated and tap on share to share the pin code with anyone.
(*Instant: Pincode is only valid for 10mins and can be used multiple times during that duration One-time: Pincode is valid only for 6hrs and can be used only once during that time period.)
Is there a way to open lock from outside if someone has locked the door from inside using privacy latch/Knob
No, there is no way lock can be opened from outside using any means (Key, Fingerprint,RFID,App). (*The privacy knob has a push and rotate mechanism which makes it difficult for kids below 6 years to use from safety perspective.)
How to manually reset the lock
Open the back panel. Double press the Reset button (using pin) swiftly 2 times to manually factory reset the lock. (*A factory reset erases all guest and owner data from your lock, restoring it back to its original, out-of-the-box settings. If someone has factory reset the device, then the user won’t be able to use or make changes using application as device goes in its original out of box state.)
How to remove the Lock from the Qubo application?
  1. Open Device settings
  2. Tap on Remove to remove the device from the current account
(*Also If you want to commission (connect to app) the device from a different account then the user has to remove the device first from current account and then only you can commission the lock in different account.)

How much time will be taken for installation?
Installation will happen usually in 2-3 business days in major cities, however in B/C class cities it may take more time. The customer will be informed about tentative time at the time of booking Installation request.
How will I check if my door is compatible for the lock I have selected or not?
Wooden door with a thickness of 32MM to 50 MM are compatible for installation
What are the charges for the installation?
Charges for Installation and demo are INR 1500 for door locks, this charge is being waived off as part of special promotion. These charges are free for the first visit, however if a re demo/re visit is required it can be availed for a nominal fee.
How much is warranty for the smart lock?
Qubo Smart Door lock comes with a two-year warranty.

Can I mute my door lock Voice guide/Sound?
Yes, you can mute it by pressing and holding the 0 for 5-6seconds till you hear a “Voice guide Off/On”
My batteries gone dead when I came back from vacations, how can I operate my lock?
You can jumpstart the lock using Power bank and connect the power bank using wire to type C port at the bottom of the front panel
What happens if I lose Phone?
Do not worry, if you lose your phone you can manage your account from any other compatible mobile device. You can also easily move your account from one phone to another and also remove your lock from the app if you think your phone may be compromised. Additionally, you can factory reset the lock manually and commission it in different mobile.
If the user forgets the PIN of the lock, then how can it be recovered?
You can check this through Qubo App, please follow below simple steps:
  1. Open the Qubo App and go to the lock screen, which is the screen that shows you whether your door is locked or unlocked. 
  2. Select PIN Code
  3. Select user for which you are looking for PIN code
  4. You have the PIN code on your smart phone screen
If I lost the RFID card, can we disable that particular card
Yes, you can do that. Please follow below steps:
  1. Open the Qubo App and go to the lock screen, which is the screen that shows you whether your door is locked or unlocked.
  2. Select Access Card
  3. Select user for which you are looking to remove access card
  4. Remove the card
Why is user not able to unlock using finger print?
The fingerprint sensor may be not working if your hand is wet, moisty, oily, or dirty. So, if your finger has any of these, you might not be able to unlock your lock using the fingerprint. The way out is to wash your hands, clean it, and wait for it to dry out. Now try to unlock it.
How do I know when to replace the batteries?
When battery voltage is lower than 20%, you will get notification on Qubo app along with a voice prompt on door lock “Low battery please replace all batteries” at each unlocking
Are there specific length requirements for setting a password?
You may need to use minimum 6 - 12 Digit followed by # Key.
How many cards can be registered in a Smart Lock with RFID access?
You can add upto 100 Access Cards for one lock.
How many fingerprints can be registered on a Qubo Smart Door Lock?
You can add upto 100 fingerprints for one lock
Under what occasions the alarm in my smart lock will be triggered?
Alarm will be played on wrong entry of Pincodes/Fingerprint/access cards and OTP
